Norton Rose adds second partner in Thailand

Norton Rose has boosted its corporate practice in Bangkok with the hire of partner Andrew Lucas from Baker & McKenzie in Beijing.   “Andrew's appointment comes at an exciting time for us in Bangkok as activity in mergers and acquisitions continue to build,” said Jeff Smith, head of Southeast Asia at Norton Rose. “With his skill, expertise, and many years of transactional experience, Andrew will provide a valuable resource in Bangkok for clients seeking to expand abroad, and make an impact at a global level.”   Lucas is the second partner in the Bangkok office, joining corporate partner Somboon Kitiyansub.
