Dallas-based litigation firm Bickel & Brewer has bumped up its starting salaries to $185,000 - an increase of $10,000 over the firm’s current first-year associate base salary of $175,000. In fact, the $10,000 salary increase applies across the board, with each of the firm’s 32 associates seeing 10k extra annually. “The goal here is always to be ahead of the curve,” said founding partner William Brewer.
