Slaughter and May elects new executive partner

November 27, 2012 Slaughter and May has elected disputes head Richard Clark to the role of executive partner, effective from 1 May 2013. Clark takes over from incumbent Graham White, who intends to retire from the firm at the end of April 2013.

Clark will work closely with senior partner Chris Saul and practice partner Paul Olney to oversee the people, finance, systems and compliance matters at the firm.

Deborah Finkler will fill Clark’s former post as head of the disputes practice. Finkler joined the firm as an associate in 1986 and became a partner in 1991, specialising in litigation for banks and financial institutions.
