Pinsent Masons lays off 15 support staff in the UK
Pinsent Masons has laid off 15 support staff in the firm’s second redundancy round since its merger with Scottish firm McGrigors.
Of the fifteen departing UK staff, 13 took voluntary redundancy and two were subject to compulsory redundancy. All affected jobs are in the finance and knowledge management teams.
A spokesman for Pinsent Masons said: “In November we began the second phase of our review that looked at how our support teams can best service the merged firm. The review is now complete and we can confirm that 15 members from across the UK will leave the firm as a result ...
“We understand that this has been a difficult time for those involved, and would like to again thank our support teams for their professionalism during both redundancy processes.”
