Japanese firm Mori Hamada boosts Singapore office

March 7, 2013 Japanese law firm Mori Hamada & Matsumoto has boosted its Singapore office with the hire of former Morrison & Foerster Tokyo partner Tony Grundy, who joins the firm as a senior of counsel.
Grundy’ practice focusses on capital markets, structured finance, and bank lending, advising financial institutions, borrowers and trustees.
He joined Morrison & Foerster in 2008 from Linklaters, where he was a partner for over two decades, including stints as the head of Linklaters’ Tokyo and Singapore offices.
