US boutique law firm AZA expands with biglaw hires

April 10, 2013 The US complex commercial litigation and intellectual property boutique Ahmad, Zavitsanos, Anaipakos, Alavi & Mensing P.C. (or AZA) is expanding, hiring three lawyers from large firms in Texas and Washington, D.C.

Adam Milasincic and Michelle Ahmadian join the firm from Baker Botts, and Paloma Zepeda joins from Kirkland & Ellis. All three have now started work at AZA’s Dallas office.

Founding partner John Zavitsanos said: "We're regularly going up against larger firms in court and getting big wins for clients, and the three new firm attorneys are proof that we're attracting talent from some of the top legal shops in the country,"
