Quinn Emanuel hires MP for new Hong Kong base

May 24, 2013 US-based litigation law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan has hired John Rhie of South Korean firm Kim & Chang to be chair of the Asian International Arbitration practice, and, pending regulatory approval, the managing partner of the firm’s first office in Hong Kong.

If approval for the new ffice is granted by the authorities, Rhie will be joined in Hong King by senior partner Carey Ramos.
