Leading the office in the role of Beijing managing partner is energy expert Ingrid Zhu-Clark, who was hired from US firm Morgan Lewis, where she was a co-manager partner. Zhu-Clark represents Chinese clients in outbound investment matters across multiple jurisdictions including Russia, Central Asia and Africa.
Zhu-Clark is joined in Beijing by partner Jay Ze, a corporate lawyer who focuses on cross-border M&As by state-owned enterprises, global companies and investments banks.
