Top West Coast Law Firm Busted On Fraudulent Immigration Applications
A name partner and an attorney at one of the West Coast's largest immigration law firms have pleaded guilty to charges of filing fraudulent employment visa applications on behalf of foreign nationals, including some of the law firms own workers. Steven James Rodriguez, 40, a senior associated at the law firm formerly known as Korenberg, Abramowitz & Feldun (KAF), pleaded guilty this week to one count of making false statements to federal agents.
