Arent Fox hires partners in Washington DC and NY
Arent Fox has bolstered its partner ranks in Washington DC and New York.
Real estate finance partner David Martin joins the firm’s Washington DC real estate practice along with counsel Patrick Nickler. Martin’s practice focusses on commercial real estate finance, acquisition and disposition transactions, corporate and banking mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial lending, and real estate restructuring, and Patrick Nickler’s practice focuses on real estate finance, loan workouts, restructurings, and real estate acquisition and development.
The firm’s New York complex litigation practice also receives a boost with the addition Howard Graff, Nikol Gruning Thompson and associate Courtney Topic. The team of three are from Dickstein Shapiro, where Graff was the co-leader of the firm’s Business Litigation practice and was previously the New York managing partner.
