DLA Piper hires new China IP head from Jones Day
DLA Piper has boosted its China intellectual property practice with the hire of partner Horace Lam from Jones Day to head the practice group in Beijing. Lam is followed by a team of three IP lawyers from Jones Day: counsel Stacy Yuan and associates Alicia Ma and Helen Ding.
Lam advises clients on IP-related issues, including IP strategy, licensing, litigation and enforcement.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2011, Lam was the head of the Beijing office for Hogan Lovells, and head of the firm’s China IP practice.
