Linklaters expands Paris arbitration group

October 22, 2013 Linklaters has expanded its Paris arbitration group, taking on talent from Paris-based boutique Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.

Pierre Duprey and Matthieu de Boisséson join the firm from Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, along with counsel Andew Plump, while Roland Ziadé leaves behind a role as counsel at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.

The move builds on growth in the international disputes practice, which has seen the addition of two partners from Herbert Smith Freehills earlier in the year. Partner Nikunj Kiri joined the firm’s London office in January, and Asia disputes head Gavin Lewis joined the firm in Hong Kong.
