Delhi-Mumbai merger creates Rajani, Singhania & Partners
Singhania & Partners is set to merge with Mumbai’s Rajani & Partners, forming a combined firm of 100 lawyers and 20 partners.
The new firm will operate under the name Rajani, Singhania & Partners and will be led by joint managing partners Prem Rajani and Ravi Singhania.
Rajani has around 40 lawyers and 10 partners in Mumbai, while Singhania consists of about 60 lawyers, with the majority based in Delhi and smaller offices in Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
Ravi Singhania said: “Our practices are complementary – we are good in dispute resolution, we have been working well in the project finance area for international clients.”
