Minters hires partners in Hong Kong and Beijing

November 28, 2013 Minter Ellison has boosted its China practice with the hire of projects specialist Rebecca Silli and corporate lawyer Jem Li as partners at its Hong Kong and Beijing offices respectively.

Li was the former managing partner of Winston & Strawn’s Beijing office, with a practice focussing on cross-border M&A, private equity and equity capital markets.
 
Silli joins the firm from the role of managing partner at Gide Loyrette Nouel’s Hong Kong office, with a practice focussing on projects and infrastructure work, as well as M&A and regional foreign direct investment.
