Bryan Cave elects Therese Pritchard as chair
Bryan Cave has elected a new chair, choosing Washington securities attorney Therese Pritchard for the top role. Pritchard will succeed Don Lents in the lead position next October, after a transition period.
Lents, who has been chairman since 2004, needs to step down this year as he reaches the age of 65, which is the maximum ager for partners to hold senior leadership roles.
Under Lents’ stewardship, Bryan Cave added 11 offices in the United States, Europe and Asia and grew its annual revenue to $624 million in 2012 from $384 million in 2004.
