HSF appoints new global head of dispute resolution
Herbert Smith Freehills has appointed a new head of the global dispute resolution practice, tapping Hong Kong based partner Justin D’Agostino for the role. D’Agostino takes over from Sonya Leydecker, who become the firm’s co-CEO alongside Mark Rigotti from 1 May 2014.
D’Agostino has held his current role, as the managing partner for Greater China, for just under a year, and the firm is currently seeking a successor.
HSF has also appointed partner Tim Parkes as head of the general commercial litigation practice in London.
