UK-based firm FFW loses two more IP partners

April 15, 2014 Two more IP partners have left Field Fisher Waterhouse; data protection and privacy partner Stewart Room has left to join PwC Legal, and the head of the firm’s trademarks practice, Mark Holah, has headed to Bird & Bird

Bird & Bird has added a number of Field Fisher Waterhouse IP partners to its team of late: former franchising head Mark Abell and franchising partners Victoria Hobbs and Graeme Payne joined the firm in May of last year, and IP partner Allan Poulter made the same move in October 2012.

Other notable partner exits from FFW’s IP, technology, and franchising group include public procurement specialist Andrew Lucas and franchising partner Babette Marzheuser-Wood who both joined Dentons, and technology partner Neil Wallis who left to head up the commercial and IP branch of Dixons Retail’s in-house team.
