Holland & Hart agrees to merge with Hale Lane Peek Dennison

Denver's Holland & Hart is merging with Hale Lane Peek Dennison in Nevada to create a law firm with more than 415 attorneys in seven states. Holland & Hart, which now has 15 offices in Nevada, Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico and Utah as well as Washington, D.C., is known for its expertise in litigation, corporate and natural resources law.
