Osborne Clarke awards 2% bonus firm wide

May 21, 2014 Osborne Clarke has made a firm-wide bonus at 2 per cent of salary. The bonus is the result of the firm exceeding its revenue target for the financial year, which automatically triggers the distribution of 15 per cent of profits into the bonus pool.

Net profit is expected to exceed the £35 million recorded last year, as the UK grew revenue by 16 per cent to reach a record £88.4 million.

The last time a bonus was awarded by the firm was in 2007/8, just before the downturn. In that year the firm awarded a bonus of 5% of annual salaries.
