UK business offers assistance applying for training contracts

May 28, 2014 A new UK business offers graduates assistance with finding a training contract, in exchange for 3% of their first year's salary.

Employ Ability says that they are staffed by experts in the admissions process, and are offering model answers to application questions, interview preparation and coaching on psychometric testing.

The business charges graduates nothing upfront, but their 3% charge will net them around around £1,200 for clients that land jobs at large London law firms. And it appears that the payment must be made regardless of how long it takes or under what circumstances the graduate was hired.
