Norton Rose Fulbright elects Managing Partner
Norton Rose Fulbright has elected a new managing partner, cementing Linda Addison in the top job through to 31 December 2016. Addison has been serving in the managing partner role since December 2013, after taking over from Dallas-based partner Kenneth Stewart when the latter went on a six-month leave of absence.The election makes Addison’s appointment official.
According to the firm, Kenneth Stewart has now returned to the firm in the new position of non-executive U.S. chair.
Alongside her duties as managing partner, Addison will stay on as the chair of the United States management committee, and as a member of the firm’s global executive committee.
“I love, love, love the law firm. I am a lifer, and I have served on our executive committee, now called management committee, for 13 years. I have very clear and definitive ideas for … how we can really thrive in the next several years,” she said.
