New law firm launches in Birmingham, Hoover and Tuscaloosa
Andy Campbell, the former co-managing partner of Birmingham-based law firm Leitman Siegal Payne & Campbell, has left the firm along with six members of his practice group to launch a new boutique firm. comments powered by Disqus
Campbell has linked up with Jay Guin, president and manager of Tuscaloosa-based law firm Tanner & Guin, to create a new firm under the name Campbell Guin Williams Guy & Gidiere.
Campbell and Guin - who were classmates at the University of Alabama School of Law - have allied with partners Justin Williams, Bert Guy and Caroline Gidiere to build a regional specialty practice throughout Alabama and eastern Mississippi.
The new firm has 16 attorneys and three offices in Birmingham, Hoover and Tuscaloosa. It advises on shareholder and corporate litigation; business and corporate law; partnership and limited liability companies; corporate and municipal bankruptcy; business workouts and restructuring; labor and employment; municipal law; individual income tax; state and local tax; tax exempt organizations; and trusts and estates.
