Ropes & Gray tops diversity ranking

July 21, 2014 Vault has released its annual ranking of the 25 best law firms for diversity.

The survey collects data from over 17,000 law firm associates, and considers five categories: diversity for women, diversity for minorities, LGBT diversity, diversity for individuals with disabilities and diversity for military veterans.

The top spot on this year’s list goes to Ropes & Gray, which knocked Carlton Fields Jorden Burt out of first place for the first time in five years. Second place went to Littler Mendelson - though there was just .06 points separating them from Ropes & Gray.
