Ropes & Gray hires federal prosecutor in NY

July 29, 2014 Federal prosecutor Marc P. Berger has joined the New York office of Ropes & Gray in the government enforcement practice.

Berger is a veteran federal prosecutor who helped lead the Southern District of New York’s high-profile crackdown on insider trading and numerous other corporate and financial fraud cases. He has previously served as the Chief of the Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
