Locke Lord and Edwards Wildman finalize merger
Locke Lord and Edwards Wildman Palmer have finalized their plans to merge. The merger will take effect from 10 January, and will create a firm with 1,000 lawyers and revenues of $675m. The firm will be renamed Locke Lorde Edwards.
The chair of the new firm will be Jerry Clements, who comes from Locke Lord. Dan Schlessinger and Bill Swanstrom, also from Locke Lord, will join current Edwards managing partner Alan Levin to server as vice chairs.
