Spring Law makes former Minter Ellison head COO

February 13, 2015 UK firm Spring Law has made Nigel Clark its first COO. Clark left Australian firm Minter Ellison last June after 14 years. Clark had managed the firm's London and Beijing offices in addition to practicing at times in Hong Kong and Sydney.

Clark will manage daily operations for Spring Law, which has 25 lawyers. He will plan and execute the firm's business development strategy, which is described as ambitious yet achievable by managing partner Tim Perry.

Spring Law has 10 partners and two UK offices.
