Slaughter and May assessing talent in US Ivy League

February 24, 2015 After 10 years of abstaining from recruitment fairs at US Ivy League schools, Slaughter and May is again engaging talent pools through these events. The firm visited Ivy League schools like Harvard and Columbia as well as other highly regarded universities such as Duke, Georgetown, Michigan and Stanford.

After short and direct interviews with almost 30 potential candidates, about half have been encouraged to formally apply for traineeships or as an associate in London and Hong Kong. Those chosen apparently demonstrate diverse backgrounds with experience living and studying worldwide.
