Eversheds creates international managing partner role
Eversheds has created a new role of international managing partner in order to enhance its global strategic development. Ian Gray, the firm's head of litigation, has been appointed to the the new post.
Gray will begin managing all of the firm's international offices on 1 May. Working with managing partner Lee Ranson and chief executive Bryan Hughes, Gray will be charged with implementing Eversheds' growth strategy around the world, especially in Asia and the Middle East.
Gray's appointment has triggered a cascade of appointments in its wake. Eversheds' current head of the financial institutions sector group, Paul Worth, will take on Gray's former role as litigation head. In turn, Worth's former role will be filled by finance and restructuring group head Simon Waller.
