Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe closing two offices in Germany
Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe is closing its Berlin and Frankfurt offices in Germany. The firm's offices in Düsseldorf and Munich will continue to operate.
Three partners in Berlin are affected by the office closing, Norbert Impelmann, Albrecht von Breitenbuch and Wolfram Krohn. Additionally, five associates in Berlin will be affected. In Frankfurt, two partners are affected, Martin Meissner and Benedikt Burger. In total, 17 lawyers and legal professionals will be impacted by the closings.
The firm hopes to retain its teams after the offices close, but it is unclear still who if any of the people from each office may be willing to relocate.
