Spanish firm to open foreign office in New York

June 4, 2015 Spanish firm Pérez-Llorca has cemented plans to open a foreign office in New York late this year. The launch in New York aims to attract more US related work as well as to expand the firm’s Latin America presence.

The office in New York will open around one year after the Spanish firm opened its first foreign office in London in late 2014. It will be led by corporate partner Iván Delgado, who takes on his first management role with the firm after joining in 1999 and making partner in 2007.

Delgado will be supported there by one lawyer and one office manager.

The firm’s London foreign office is headed by corporate and finance partner Fernando Quicios.
