Eversheds merges with German network firm
Eversheds has merged with one of the firms in its international network, integrating German firm Heisse Kursawe into the firm’s LLP. The talks for the merger have lasted more than a year. The talks were first acknowledged in April 2014 when Heisse Kursawe opened in Berlin.
Heisse Kursawe was created when Munich firm Arcon split into three parts in 2005. Just a few months later, the firm joined Eversheds’ international network.
The firm will now operate as Eversheds Deutschland LLP.
