Greenberg Traurig absorbs Olswang Berlin office
Greenberg Traurig is absorbing the Berlin office that announced its separation from Olswang last month. The office, with more than 50 lawyers and staff, will join Greenberg Traurig. Fourteen of the lawyers will become partners at Greenberg Traurig. The 14 partners are made up of 13 former Olswang partners as well as one senior associate.
The new office will be the Greenberg Traurig's fourth in Europe. The firm already operates in Amsterdam, London and Warsaw. The office will open on 1 October this year.
The team joining the firm focuses on real estate. Additionally, it has expertise in technology, telecommunications, media and infrastructure.
