Linklaters appoints former party leader Hague as chair

July 14, 2015 Linklaters appointed the former leader of the Conservative party and former foreign secretary William Hague as chair of its new international advisory group. The new group complements the firm's current advisory board and is tasked with providing an outside point of view to the firm's strategic considerations.

Hague was first elected to parliament in 1989 as MP for Richmond, North Yorkshire.
