Simmons & Simmons constructs team in London
Simmons & Simmons has plucked construction disputes partner Rob Horne away from Trowers & Hamlins in London. Horne is leaving Trowers after over a decade with the firm. He joined Trowers in January 2005 after spending five years at Addleshaw Goddard as an assistant.
Horne is experienced in construction, engineering and infrastructure disputes in addition to international and domestic arbitration. He will be responsible along with construction partners James Pollock and Navneet Juty for growing Simmons' construction dispute resolution practice and avoidance offerings.
Trowers has seen several partners exit this year and recently reported that its international offices experienced a loss in revenue this past year.
