Former Governor Martin joins McGuireWoods

Jim Martin, former governor of North Carolina, has joined McGuireWoods Consulting, the government-relations arm of the Richmond, Va.-based law firm, and he will be based in the firm's Charlotte office. He will join the firm June 16 as a senior adviser.
