Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo scale back in UK
Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo have scaled back their presence in the UK by dissolving their European patent prosecution work in their London office. The firm made the move in response to the key departures over the past several weeks.

Additionally, last month, the firm's UK managing partner Julian Crump departed and has since launched a boutique firm, Beresford Crump. The boutique caters to pharmaceutical clients who are looking to be represented before the European Patent Office and UK Intellectual Property Office.
Mintz Levin will continue its corporate services out of its London office and will serve its European patent prosecution clients through it correspondent firms. That includes through the services of its recently departed attorneys.
