Squire Patton Boggs picks up partner from chemistry group
Squire Patton Boggs has picked up a partner from chemicals industry group ICL Holding. Rouven Schwab departs ICL Holding as its general counsel after completing a large asset divestment for the chemicals group.
Schwab had managed legal requirements for more than 40 business subsidiaries of ICL Holding throughout Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. He also advised internally on a range of contractual legal matters, both domestic and international, as well as on commercial law and M&A. He also handled compliance and international data transfer work.
Schwab joins Squire Patton Boggs' Frankfurt office, bringing its total partner headcount to 12. Previously, he was based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
