Keoghs Solicitors talking merger with Plexus Law
Keoghs Solicitors is apparently planning to acquire Plexus Law, a defendant insurance firm that is roughly similar in size by headcount. The new firm would have roughly 2,400 staff members after being combined. It's turnover would reach £145m.
Keoghs has a turnover of almost £55m, according to its 2013-14 LLP accounts. It received an investment in 2012 with the intention for use on a strategic acquisition.
Plexus merged with Greenwoods in the 2013-14 year, creating a firm with turnover of £90m.
