DLA Piper swipes construction trio from Eversheds
DLA Piper has managed to recruit a specialist construction team made up of three partners from Eversheds just three years after Eversheds had recruited them from Addleshaw Goddard. The team is comprised of Nigel Proctor, David Moss and Paul Giles. Proctor will work as a consultant while Moss and Giles will join as construction and transport partners.
Proctor is qualified as both a solicitor and a chartered civil engineer. He specializes in client funded and project financed infrastructure projects. In the past decade, he has advised on many public-private partnership projects in the UK.
Giles specializes in dispute resolution and focuses mainly on the oil and gas, water and waste, road rail and heavy engineering industries. He has experience both in the UK as well as internationally in Russia, France, the Middle East and Hong Kong.
Moss is a construction litigation partner who also has considerable experience in dispute resolution, including acting in domestic courts, mediations and judicial interventions.
