Shakespeare Martineau may eliminate 45 jobs
Last June legacy firms Shakespeares and SGH Martineau completed their merger, creating a £75m firm. It was the eighth merger in the past nine years for Shakespeares, which set out on an acquisition strategy to pursue growth under its former managing partner, Paul Wilson. The most recent merger was overseen by Andy Raynor, the first he directed. Raynor is now CEO of the new firm.
