Norton Rose Fulbright retention rate announced

September 8, 2015 Norton Rose Fulbright has announced its retention rate, posting a 77 percent rate, after keeping 24 of its 31 qualifying trainees in Autumn 2015. From the 31 qualifying trainees, 27 applied for jobs at the firm. Norton Rose offered jobs to 26 of the applicants and 24 of them accepted the offer.

The retention rate is a relatively low rate for the firm, which generally post rates of 80 percent or higher. The firm also had a larger than typical qualifying cohort - its largest in more than five years.
