K&L Gates bags Bear Stearns managing director

K&L Gates has snared Bear Stearns managing director and in-house lawyer for its New York office. Philip Cedar, who was the head of Bear Stearns mortgage and asset-backed securities legal division, joins the firm as partner in the financial services practice.
