Latham & Watkins loses partner to Morgan Lewis
Latham & Watkins is departing the firm to join Morgan Lewis in London. Morgan Lewis is expanding its antitrust and competition practice there.
Shah has been a partner at Latham for eight years, during which time he defended his clients in global cartel and anti-corruption investigations that were complex in nature.
Shah is the most recent in a string of partner hires the firm has made to its London office since the middle of last year. Those hires include the likes of Simon Currie from Covington & Burling last November as well as the trio of Matthew Duncan, Julian Goodman and Paul Matthews from K&L Gates last July.
The firm now has almost 40 partners and is continuing on its path of growth.
