India's ELP founder set for retirement
Economic Laws Practice (ELP), Rohan Shah, is set to retire from the firm this September. He will be succeeded as managing partner by co-founder Suhail Nathani. After his retirement takes effect, Shah will be an independent counsel in Mumbai and New Delhi.
ELP was founded in 2001 by Shah, Nathani, Sujjain Talwar and Vikram Nankani. The firm, headquartered in Mumbai, has offices in Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Pune.
