Brodies revenues show positive gains

July 6, 2016 Brodies, a firm based in Scotland, reported growth in revenues and profit for a sixth consecutive year. Revenues grew 12.4 percent to £65.1m in the 2015-16 financial year. In the same period, profits rose more than 14 percent to £30.9m.

The firm has offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen and handles work in the areas of corporate and commercial, real estate, public and regulatory, disputes, banking and family law. The year of growth additionally saw the firm grow its cash balance more than 7 percent to £15.9m, in the same year that the firm hired five partners laterally and moved one of its bigger offices in Glasgow.
