DLA Piper international turnover up 4%
DLA Piper released financial results for 2015/16, revealing a 4% increase in international turnover to £768.8m and a net profit rise of 2.5% to £159.4m. Average profit per equity partner (PEP) was up almost 3% to £693,000, although this figure remains lower than the firm’s global average PEP, which is currently £908,000. The firm’s international financials include all DLA offices outside of the US. The firm now reports international results according to a financial year, in contrast to its previous system of following the calendar year. DLA’s global revenue surpassed $2.5bn for the first time earlier this year, with a global turnover increase of 2.5% to $2.54bn.
