Cadwalader antitrust team jumps ship to Paul Weiss

Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison has poached a four-partner team from Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft. The antitrust team is led by partner Charles Rule, who will co-chair the antitrust group with Paul Weiss. Partners Jonathan Kanter, Joseph Bial and Andrew Forman make up the rest of the team, which will advise on antitrust matters related to major M&A transactions, as well as antitrust litigation. Cadwalader has not yet named a new antitrust head to take on Rule's position.
