Watson Farley NQ pay increases to £68,000

Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) has revealed that NQ pay will rise to £68,000 as the firm reports high retention for trainees this autumn. Trainee retention stands at 93 per cent, as 13 of 15 final seat trainees are set to take on newly qualified roles at the firm. Six trainees will be going to the asset finance team, with one based in Hamburg and the remaining five in London. Four trainees will join Watson Farley’s energy team, while two will join corporate and one will go to litigation.
