Travers Smith retains 94% of autumn qualifying trainees

Travers Smith has retained 94 per cent of qualifying trainees this September, maintaining the same retention rate as autumn of last year. Of 18 final-seat trainees, the firm kept on 17 in newly-qualified roles. The qualifiers joined various practices at the firm, including private equity, commercial, dispute resolution, finance, real estate, tax, funds, corporate finance, pensions, and financial services & markets. The firm’s total retention for 2016 is 95 per cent.
