Eversheds elections prompt leadership talks
As Eversheds prepares for leadership elections, the firm has initiated discussions on updating its management structure. Managing partner Lee Ranson is anticipated to succeed current chief executive Bryan Hughes next May, and global company commercial head Keith Froud is expected to become the firm’s next managing partner. International managing partner Ian Gray’s position is likely to change in some respect, although the firm has not confirmed whether a new position will be created for Gray. Eversheds' current management discussions are intended to prevent a tense leadership election as the firm struggles to maintain growth.
